We're excited to offer USPS or UPS shipping to Mexico and Canada.

+ RETURNS

We want you to love your Iris + Poppy goodies as much as we do.. We will gladly accept any returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive it [excluding final sale items]. All returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, + UNWASHED condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received beyond the 14 days, or in apparent used/worn condition.
  1. Contact our team at hello@irisandpoppy.com to notify us of a return + the reason.
  2. Reuse your original packaging! Our off-white mailing bags have an additional self-adhesive strip so you can use that packaging to return to us. Save yourself the hassle and send the item back to us in the original mailer bag or box.
  3. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.
  4. Once your return or exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you are looking to exchange your item for a different size/style, please email our customer service team before sending back the item to ensure the "replacement style" is still in stock.
